Job Responsibilities: · Assist in troubleshooting IT inquiries and providing technical support to internal teams.· Help with administrative tasks including file maintenance, document organization, and information preparation.· Assist in asset management, inventory entry, and hardware maintenance.· Support departmental meetings and events by assisting with setup and logistics.· Participate in meetings, company events, and networking opportunities to gain insights into IT operations and company culture.· Shadow various IT professionals to gain exposure to different roles and tasks within the department.· Collaborate with the IT team on departmental projects and initiatives.· Learn about the business processes and functions within the IT department.· Participate in departmental activities and initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.· Uphold a positive attitude, contribute to a supportive team environment, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
