We are looking to hear from experienced Production Execs to help support all aspects of physical production as part of our growing original non-fiction content efforts, both in-house and with our partners. This position will report to the TV+ UK Production lead where your responsibilities broadly include supporting the team as they vet budgets and schedules, curate vendor and crew relations, and oversee the entire process from pre-production through to delivery. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Demonstrable experience as a Production Exec / Line Producer within the Non Fiction genres. Shown ability to develop and manage relationships with producers. Ability to create and check specific production schedules. Ability to create and check production budgets, cash flows and cost reports. Experience of working in other countries / on international shows Thoughtful and innovate problem solver. Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. Software requirements: Microsoft Word and Excel Desirable: Movie Magic Budgeting and scheduling Description Description You will help oversee all UK commissioned-projects in development and production for non-fiction content. Act as liaison with production / crew and all Apple TV+ departments. Vet Production budgets and schedules Support UK Creative Execs in Non-Fiction as required Work closely with other teams across Production Finance, Production Legal and Business Affairs to help get productions through the Greenlight process. Share and speak to Apple production manual and guidelines Ensure major landmarks are met (e.g. budget lock, budget approval, kick-off calls, department launch calls, deliverables, international filming activity, security sign-off, health and safety sign-off, etc.) Meet with show production managers, line producers and creative executives in budget and production meetings. Maintain accurate schedules, reports and tracking system for all UK commissioned non-fiction projects. Work closely with Apple’s Post, Legal and Scheduling team to ensure dates and deliverables are current. Work with other Production Executives in the UK team on special projects that speak to our values and support how we work eg in Sustainability, I&D, training and development.
