Diversity Candidates from captive shared services are preferred,Education Necessary: Candidates must have B.COM/MCOM/MBA with 4 to 6 Years of experience in P2P domain.Job Description:This position is a key role in the accounts payable function, in accordance with Company policies and with audit compliance.To manage accounts payable processes which includes: -Processing of invoicesInvestigation of parked and blocked invoicesPrepare allocation, escalation, and blocked report for entire teamMonitor utilities and “not to miss” monthly invoices to ensure it is posted and paid on timeProviding and supporting in SOX Audit compliance & other internal/ external audit requirements.Monitor outstanding invoices payable, track status and manage internal and external vendor expectationsPerform reconciliation of payable/vendor accountWork closely with other finance team within the organization for monthly closing schedule and ensures Accounts Payable is closed on a timely basis.Experience Necessary for Success:Strong End to End P2P Process knowledgeKnowledge in SAP P2PTravel & Expense SAP ConcurProficient in excel and communication skillsShould be a good team player along with good analytical skillsShould be very responsible and flexibleShould be ready to accept the new challenges with good attitudeInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
