In this role you will work across a wide range of initiatives that will evolve the brand identity and define Autodesk as the leader in Design and Make.You will join the Autodesk Brand and Creative teams Design Studio, to design and deliver a wide range of assets from concept to realization, to ensure that our vision is delivered seamlessly, achieves maximum business impact, and is aligned with the Autodesk master brand goals.The role requires top-notch design and production skills, and an eagerness and curiosity to further develop a broad skillset. You will be part of a high-performing and collaborative team with a trusted design ethos and sensibility, that will play an instrumental role in designing the next evolution of the Autodesk Brand and creating content that will bring the Autodesk story to life.You will partner with creatives, project managers, and an array of key external vendors to craft and curate a range of events and brand experiences that support and evolve the Autodesk brand, and to lead in Design and Make.Our Design Studio Team are creative purveyors of the Autodesk brand. We design programs that define our visual identity, tell customer stories, and build brand love and loyalty. We draw on creativity and imagination to design and make meaningful and memorable touch points for the brand. We are inspired by the opportunity to lead the Design and Make Platform category while making Autodesk culturally relevant today and into the future.Responsibilities Support and create visual design systems guidelines, templates and processes for brand activations, events, and Autodesk's visual identityBecome an advocate for the Autodesk brand by providing brand guidance through consults with internal and external stakeholdersProduce and deliver compelling presentations for both internal and external audiencesDevelop creative briefs and presentations to articulate design concepts, direct vendors to oversee productionChampion Autodesk as the leader in Design and MakePreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in graphic and visual designExcellent layout, typography, color theory, and design skills, and preparing digital and print templates and filesLead multiple event workstreams and timelines with a range of partners and vendorsStrength in spatial, information, wayfinding, and attendee journey designUnderstanding of design systems, keen attention to detail and consistency, and a sensibility for functional, well-crafted designAbility to articulate ideas through the creation of compelling moodboards and storyboardsLead the creation of event identity systems and playbooksUnderstands the technical and aesthetic fundamentals of photography and imagery creationA team-player receptive to creative feedback and direction, but has the ability to communicate and express their own POV, and a willingness to push the creative envelopeExcellent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AcrobatGood with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Microsoft PowerPointKnowledge of Autodesk tools, 3d skills and AI workflows a bonusAble to learn new tools and skills and stay up to date with industry trendsFamiliarity with the tech industry event landscapePassionate about all forms of design and eager to translate that passion into brand-relevant experiencesCurious, adaptable, adventurous, with a broad range of creative interestsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,300 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
