Join our team and have a hand in shaping our future.The Corporate Development Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for maximizing impact from our acquisitions.  We serve as strategic partners to the sponsoring business leaders, acquired team, and corporate functions by developing and executing against integration strategies that support the value drivers for each transaction.  We partner with over 30 functional leaders across the company to drive financial and operational business outcomes.Reporting into the IMO, you will drive programmatic discipline across the IMO, functional M&A teams, and support the successful integration of acquisitions into Autodesk.ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementSupport development of programmatic discipline across IMO through structured and standardized frameworks/playbooks, processes, and toolsSupport IMO Leader & Integration Leads on execution of integration projects, working collaboratively with 30+ cross-functional teams to manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependenciesSupport continuous improvement of M&A toolset/templates and rollout of these changesSupport communication of project progress, issues, and goal achievement across senior leadership and project team audiencesParticipate in due diligence, understand the strategic objectives, support integration planning and execution, assess risks and challengesValue Capture & AnalyticsSupport ongoing M&A value capture activities – e.g. success metrics, dashboards, scorecards to drive accountability, facilitate decisions, provide transparency, identify risks to business goalsSupport IMO Leader & deal execution team in socializing value capture content in appropriate communications vehiclesCollaboration ToolsDesign and implement central repository for collaboration, including collaboration processes across the teamMaintain and update collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) for integration projectsMinimum QualificationsDemonstrated 5+ years of program/project management experience for managing complex, cross-functional projectsM&A Experience – familiarity with the M&A process and integration methodologyDemonstrated Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint experienceExcellent communication skills, including the ability to extract key messages from detail and translate into audience appropriate messages.Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a team-oriented and flexible approach.Strong attention to detail, with the skills and experience to communicate “big picture” goals.Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives in a timely manner and with a high degree of quality.Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.Strong meeting management skills.Working knowledge of major corporate functionsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $121,800 and $197,120. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
