Work with a variety of teams like Marketing, Finance, Product, customer support and eCommerce to understand business & customer needs & enable them to make data-driven decisions.Parse, stitch, and draw meaningful insights from different Adobe data sources (online, product usage, customer support, financial etc.) to understand visitor/customer behavior, user intent, market dynamics and surface performance using associated business performance metrics like Traffic, CVR, Product mix, High Value Actions, NPS, Customer sentiment, SEO ranking, ARR, Product engagement, LTV, CTR etc.Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) & text analytics preferred.Should be strong in querying (SQL/Hive) for data extraction, stitching, and analysis/interpretation.
