Your impact will be ensuring educators feel confident and empowered with the skills, resources, and community support needed to cultivate creativity and digital literacy in the classroom and beyond.You’ll lead and operationalize our innovative hybrid (both live and virtual) partner training programs that are personalized, authentic, and scalable, including onboarding partners and Adobe education community members to official partner training programs. Your scope will include global training programs that resonate in K12 and Higher Education, across subjects. You’ll combine out-of-the-box conceptualization and creativity, analytical and critical thinking, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” energy to deliver innovation and excellence for the overall strategy alongside the broader product marketing team.You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams that extend across all business functions, including content, product, field teams, community, customer success managers, and legal to advocate for high-quality solutions to deliver the best customer experience for educators, schools, and campuses.Responsibilities:Run key areas, each with an existing team: operationalizing the PD Partner program, managing PD Partners, and teacher professional developmentCollaborate closely with content and product teams to prioritize features and products that best bring education to life for customers, including the Adobe Education Exchange, Adobe Learn, and in-product education templates, learning content, and moreDeliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiencesDesign program success and tracking systems to deliver practical insights and guide decisionsOptimally plan and handle budgets, resources, vendors and partners to achieve results.Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting product and program priorities and/or securing support for additional investment as neededWhat you’ll need to succeed:Minimum of BS or BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience7+ years work experience in program or project management within a product marketing or edtech environment, including experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partnersExperience building, developing and running complex programs on a global scaleDomain expertise on effective training, learning, and development practices and how to define and measure successful outcomes for customers and the businessAbility to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision.Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.Growth mindset that accepts a diverse set of backgrounds, ideas and experiences puts inclusion globally at the heart of learning experiences.Passion for education and serving the needs of educators and students!At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists (http://www.adobe.com/careers/awards.html)! The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,800 -- $230,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
