Operational Process AnalystDescription -Job SummaryThis role is responsible for owning moderately complex operational processes, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.The role implements quality control measures, generates comprehensive reports, and provides recommendations for enhancements. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, evaluates technology solutions, and participates in training programs to develop expertise in relevant areas.Responsibilities• Owns a moderately complex operational process, such as configuration & quote, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, Customer Resource Management, revenue recognition, invoicing, or organizational sales reporting.• Collaborates with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners, to align processes with organizational goals.• Maintains and updates process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure accuracy and consistency.• Implements quality control measures, conducts audits, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high process standards.• Generates comprehensive reports on process performance and communicates findings and recommendations to senior management.• Provides input and recommendations for process enhancements, automation, and optimization to drive efficiency and productivity.• Addresses and resolves moderately complex operational issues and escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.• Focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by improving processes that directly impact the customer experience.• Evaluates and recommends technology solutions to enhance operational processes and support digital transformation efforts.• Develops expertise in relevant areas, stays updated on industry trends, and participates in training and skill development programs.Education & Experience Recommended• 6 years or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.Preferred Certifications• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)Knowledge & Skills• Accounting• Agile Methodology• Auditing• Automation• Business Operations• Business Process• Change Management• Continuous Improvement Process• Data AnalysisCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Customer CentricityDisclaimerThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
