Channel Admin- Dutch LanguageDescription -Job SummaryBusiness Analyst is a channel admin role responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks related to this role. They fully manage the process in various regions and countries and act as the point of contact with Authorized HP Support Partners. They assist Support Partners in financial and logistical operations and are responsible for addressing all issues related to process functionality. The Customer Service Analyst adheres to procedures and guidelines in daily activities, being fully responsible for process outcomes in the managed regions. He/she is responsible for operational excellence, meeting customer needs, and contributing to team performance.Responsibilities• The Customer Service Analyst seeks relevant information, analyzes, collects data for reports, and manages workflows, following manager instructions, as well as other established administrative procedures.• Analyzes operational issues, working on solutions for delivery improvement.
