They will lead and manage a team of Corporate Sales Development Representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps as well as developing and implementing standard methodologies across the team such as messaging and objection handling. In addition, they will implement targeted outbound calling programs, conduct mock Calling Exercises, call blitzes and provide individual mentorship to CSDs. This individual will need experience working closely with Marketing--supporting Field Marketing activities within the territory, including webinars, trade-shows, and demand generation campaigns.
