Your role will focus on meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Your leadership will facilitate clear communication and collaboration across various departments, ensuring all project achievements are met with precision and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning: Create and maintain detailed project and workback plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and ownership accountability, to ensure clear expectations and smooth execution.Progress Monitoring: Organize regular project updates from all contributors and communicate these developments to key partners, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Timely Completion: Proactively monitor all project activities to ensure timely completion and address any roadblocks or dependencies that may arise while mitigating risk and maintaining transparency.Executive Communication: Create and present visual progress updates for the executive team to provide insight into project status and resource utilization.Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the company (and external vendors) to ensure all partners have a clear understanding of objectives, dependencies, and timelines.Reporting & Analytics: Monitor achievements and KPI’s for projects and develop a analytics and reporting framework for evaluating financial and operational progressTeam Coordination: Understand and define the role of each team member in crucial projects. Ensure that all necessary personnel are engaged and contributing effectively towards project objectives.Central Information Resource: Act as the primary point of contact for any project-related updates or queries from within any department.Leadership and Support: Drive projects forward through proactive leadership and provide support to any team members facing challenges, ensuring collective success and adherence to deadlines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.Proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans and manage large, complex projects.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work with urgency Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).Preferred Skills:PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.Experience in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Prior experience in managing cross-departmental projects within a corporate setting.Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Powerpoint, ExcellPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
