The Marketing Operations Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the EUC Marketing’s strategy, plans, and KPIs are aligned with and enable the company's strategy and growth objectives. This position will closely collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across the company to drive the operating model for Marketing’s annual planning and responsive activation & optimization of the QBR and budget processes, including the development of key standards, tools, timelines, and best practices. This position requires a broad understanding of marketing processes and budget management. In addition, this person will have a proven history of building high-functioning, cohesive cross-functional relationships, as well as practical experience with integrated execution to enable effective decision making.Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? Within 30 days of employment:Gain a solid understanding of EUC’s market presence and the products or solutions offered in the digital workspace software platformWithin 90 days of employment:Familiarity with the content and tools your team develops to drive marketing’s planning and KPI, and how it is consumed by the organization.Understanding of all Marketing’s functions, their teams and alignment to Marketing Operations guidelinesDevelopment of Marketing’s KPI framework in collaboration with the cross-functional stakeholdersWithin 180 days of employment:Leading Marketing’s budgeting and reporting processesUsing key metrics and KPIs, provide clear guidance on functional improvements for Marketings demand, brand and comms programsStandardize reporting for Marketing’s AOP, QBR, CMO readoutsThis dynamic role with rapidly moving boundaries will need to interact with our global teams, which may require occasional travel.The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?Lead development of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting on Marketing’s Key Performance Indicators. Provide readouts leadership and drive follow-upsProvide leadership support to the Financial Coordinators and marketing teams to ensure effective financial tracking, reporting and compliance with all internal and external financial controls & requirementsSupport the creation and communication of key processes that drive the accuracy of reporting and the understanding of KPIsDevelopment of standards to further Marketing’s deep dive analytics, trending and forecast models Mentor teams in development of functional result and performance reportingContribute to development of custom reporting frameworks to incorporate new data inputs, including new products and calculated metricsManage internal and external collaboration, ensuring cross-functional teams are brought in at the right points throughout the planning life cycleWhat is the leadership like for this role? He has been with EUC for 10 years and believes that leadership is not defined by title.Where is this role located?Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.This job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by BroadcomFor US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $115,000 - $277,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
