Contract Office Manager (6 months)

With opportunities in all functions, we offer many exciting reasons to join our team.Your day-to-dayProvide general support to visitors and candidates including reception duties as required.Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, billing and snack program etc.Work with Facilities Manager to create and maintain office policies as necessary.Organize office operations and procedures.Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.Updating parking data.Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.Assist with tracking the office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.organizing office events.Other administrative responsibility as required.What you bring to the teamProven office management, or administrative experience.Experience with office management systems and procedures.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Organization skills, with solid attention to detail and critical thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeAble to work independently and with a remote team.Why Proofpoint We are wholly devoted to helping our customers protect their greatest assets and biggest security risk: their people.
