Our portfolio and partnerships in software and services enable us to provide a comprehensive portfolio of compelling solutions to our enterprise, mid-market, and even, in partnership with our strategic channel partners, to the SMB segment.About the Position:The Managed Services Category team is looking for a talented business planner and cost lead. As the APJ managed services PC cost lead, this person is in charge of both – volume outlook (services interventions) and cost management.As the business planner, this person will fully own the flash and budget process for services interventions, ensuring accuracy and anticipating change in business trends. Understanding how actual volumes impact the costs.As the cost lead, this person is actively involved in cost flash working closely with the CS delivery teams. He/she runs cost analysis with the aim to identify cost optimization opportunities. He/she is also triangulating cost, operational performance and volume to deliver a concise business story telling allowing to identify choice points when needed. Finally, he/she will partner with various teams – finance, CS delivery functions, WS markets, WW category. The is an ideal position for whoever is looking for job offering exposure to executives and large category responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn volume outlook for managed services PS for APJ markets – flash and budgetUse volume trends and operational performance drivers to better forecast costsAnalyze cost structure, identifying cost optimization opportunities using cost drivers and operational performance evolutionTrack efficiency programs and savings deliveredContribute to managed services PS key initiatives – actual to quote analysis and deal based planningImplement the PS APJ balance scorecard – revenues/costs/operational performance/SLA Contribute to account level deal E2E analysis, partnering with CO sales teams and with MS delivery teams (SDM)Provide inputs to costing with the aim to continuously improve costing accuracyQualificationsEducation and Experience Required Master level economics or engineering level, MBA preferred.10+ years of business management, Contractual experience, category, business and/or P&L management.Knowledge and Skills Required Planning skills : proven skills to build short to long term forecast based on in depth actual performance understanding and well thought business trendsCost management : Proven experience in analyzing costs and underlying cost driversBusiness Acumen: Strong understanding of business management processes, metrics, and operational frameworks.
