College Intern – Industrial/Manufacturing EngineeringDescription -What a College Intern – Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering does at HP:Collaborate with operation team to perform time study to identify and optimize product cycle time.Generate deep insights through the analysis of data and understanding of operational processes and turn them into actionable recommendations.Develop methodologies for optimizing our business / operation processes through data visualization, data analysis etc.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Studying Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering, with experience/ keen interest in manufacturing.Excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of data analytics and data visualizationGood visualization skills to create dashboards to inform trends and insights.Able to commit for 3 - 6 months.
