Together, we are a dedicated and passionate team, united by our vision to shape the future of work, position HP as a thought leader in hybrid work, and deliver value to our customers and partners.About the RoleAs a Manager of Marketing Communications within HP's Worldwide Hybrid Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in driving global marketing strategies, orchestrating end-to-end plans, and providing comprehensive guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives. This leadership position requires adept management across various marketing and communications functions, including alliances, public relations, events, and social media. You will be responsible for fostering local market engagement and enablement while integrating and aligning marketing efforts across various business units and initiatives. You will also oversee the production of high-quality content that showcases our value proposition and drives conversion.What You Get To Do:Plan, implement, and monitor marketing communications strategies that align with our business goals and target audiences.Partner with NPI and Demand Gen teams and manage the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, white papers, webinars, videos, podcasts, and infographics.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as NPI managers, sales teams, influencers, and media outlets, to ensure consistent and effective messaging and branding.Analyze and report on the performance and impact of marketing communications activities, using metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.Identify and leverage new trends, tools, and best practices in marketing communications to optimize our results and stay ahead of the competition.Manage and mentor a team of marketing communications specialists, contractors and agencies.What You BringBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.5-7 years of proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and copywriting.Strong knowledge of marketing communications principles, channels, and tools, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, PR, and analytics.Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns.Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.What Gives You an EdgeYou are a big picture thinker, but can keep tabs on detailed execution plansDirect experience working with external agencies and executing high-visibility campaigns with large stakeholder groups.Experience working in a media agency, particularly within tech brands, is advantageous.Join UsReady to make an impact?
