Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Genesys is looking for a Compliance Learning Manager to ensure that training provided by Genesys is compliant regarding all global legal requirements, contractual requests, and in-house best-practices and policies. This experienced manager will own all aspects of compliance training in partnership with Legal, HR, and cross-functional stakeholder departments. Additionally, as a manager in Talent & Learning, this role will support employee and manager learning initiatives and programs as needed. The Compliance Learning Manager must demonstrate excellent project management skills, superior communication (written and oral and organizational skills) and be technical savvy. The ideal candidate will take ownership and accountability of all aspects of the organizational compliance program including deadlines, vendor relationships, learning management system management and reporting.Responsibilities:Collaborates with Legal, HR, procurement, and functional teams to develop and implement an annual compliance program with governance, a company-wide launch strategy, and communications with regular updates on compliance initiatives.Ensure all new hires receive the required training per department guidelines and functional requirements in timely manner throughout the calendar year.Perform an annual analysis, review, and update of compliance training to ensure consistency for Genesys functional and organizational compliance needs.Leads all aspects of Global compliance training requirements such as Workplace Respect, Anti-Harassment, GDPR, workplace safety and more.Manage the compliance roadmap and optimize processes including deployment, reporting, and audit training record keeping.Manage global compliance processes including developing, testing, launching, tracking, and escalation management for compliance training.Manage external vendor relations and partner with the Legal team and cross-functional groups to identify compliance training needs and risks. Source new vendors and content when needed as directed by Legal, HR, and the functional teams.In partnership with Legal and HR, keep current on and document, regulatory developments that impact Genesys as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.Keep current on all global compliance requirements in the countries we employ teams, and/or managers of employees in countries impacted by requirements, training requirements etc.Design and assist Learning Team with roll-out of Talent & Learning program training materials, guides, and in-person training presentation materials for internal programs.Assist Learning Teams in production of graphic materials, formatting documents, and video editing.Leverage learning technologies and authoring tools to create engaging multimedia content, interactive simulations, and assessments that promote active learning and knowledge retention.Develop and implement learning offerings using various learning modalities.Requirements:Working knowledge of standards and regulations related to company compliance training programs, governing personally identifiable information (PII), and other regulatory compliance frameworks.Experience in adult learning solutions and learning system management including curriculum development, design, and consulting at scale for large scale employee training.At least 3-4 years of project management, compliance standards, and risk assessment experience,1 year + LMS & HRIS experience including content management, automation, notification, reporting, and tracking.Is agile, resilient, and can cultivate results.Can adapt quickly to changing situations and clearly communicate change to impacted stakeholders.Excellent computer skills with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Tableau, and other databases.Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and security rules and regulations, including HIPAA.Certifications in project management and compliance standards and frameworks a plus.Experience at a larger global organization and/or experience with a consulting or audit firm a plus.Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
