Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Category Managers, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain, you will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives through meticulous business planning. Your primary focus will be on managing crucial business cadence cycles to ensure seamless operations and strategic execution.Key ActivitiesRolling 4Qtr 4P planning.Quota Planning both within the Category and across RTMsGame Plan ( quarterly ) within the Category and across RTMsOverall management and maintenance of planning cycle calendar and key timelines for deliverablesCreation of management presentations for planning cadencesLeadership Skills / BehavioursApplies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.ResponsibilitiesDeep understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Actively contributes to the definition of the category business plan.Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force and other partners at senior level.Oversee and drive 4P planning and quarterly planning cadence.Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to gather insights where it relates to 4P planning. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, pricing effectiveness, and promotional ROI. Implement tracking mechanisms and reporting frameworks to measure success and identify areas for improvement as part of 4P planning.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans.
