Especialista Soluciones DigitalesDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for designing personalized solutions for projects, programs, or operational needs, customizing them to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements. The role collaborates with the team on various architectural activities, while also documenting its intricate details on deployment and configuration, to foster clarity in operations. The role leads moderate to high complexity projects, working towards enhancing the profession at both local and regional levels. The role also engages in the evaluation of technical implications to minimize risks and solving complex problems creatively and independently.Responsibilities• Designs customized solutions and personalizes reusable solutions to fit the requirements of projects, programs, or operational scope.• Collaborates with the team on activities related to operational, integration, or application architecture, including requirements, design, implementation, and ongoing operations.• Captures and distributes architectural intellectual property at the level of components.• Contributes to the professional community within a Global Business Unit (GBU) and enhances the profession at both local and regional levels.• Customizes organization’s product and service offerings to architect solutions that align with customer needs and oversees the execution of architectures for projects.• Evaluates the technical implications of various technologies and strategies as well as identifies and mitigates technical or operational risks.• Documents the intricate details of architecture, deployment, configuration, and oversight of technology platforms, fostering clarity and streamlined management.• Supports the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of enterprise applications and systems.• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in systems design and architecture, database management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred Certifications• AWS Certified Solutions Architect• The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions ArchitectKnowledge & Skills• Agile Methodology• Amazon Web Services• Application Programming Interface (API)• Artificial Intelligence• Automation• CI/CD• Computer Science• Customer Relationship Management• DevOps• Enterprise Architecture• Java (Programming Language)• Kubernetes• Machine Learning• Microservices• Microsoft Azure• Project Management• Python (Programming Language)• Scalability• Software Development• Solution ArchitectureCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
