Product Manager - PMG

OverviewBlue Yonder is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, experience in product management, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of supply chain software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative and market-leading solutions to our customers.ScopeActs as a subject matter expert in BY demand planning solutions. Strategically drives the development, market launches, and continual support and improvement of BY solution.Involved in supporting product development, product sales/pre-sales, customer care, and is the expert on the product and customers.Focuses on long and medium term strategy, product vision, observing market usage of product, and supporting the sales/adoption of the product.Communicate/clarifies functional design to Product Development.What you’ll doBe the expert on the product functionality and customer projects issues and concernsWork with Product Director to develop product requirements and roadmaps consistent with company visionGather product requirements, balance in accordance with strategic product direction from leadership and ensuring roadmap implementationEstablish feature acceptance criteriaEnsure products and releases are launched correctly and on scheduleWork with Product director to understand customers business problems; work with PD Product Owners to resolve those problemsWork with PD Product Owners, customers, and market to identify solution opportunities and establish roadmapsWork with PD Product Owners to create and review customer issues about product functionalityIncorporate feedback received through Product management leadership, customer interactions, partners and internal teams to identify ways to enrich product qualityCommunicate roadmaps; internal and externally (if required)Customer Care and Sales support in answering RFPs, functionality questions, and work to ensure in assisting sales organizationParticipate in users/customer facing situations as a product expertSupport the development of product collateral for sales enablementConduct analyst briefings and inquiries regarding BY demand planning solutionsWork with Product Director on existing product transformation of the demand planning solution to modern cloud platform based productWhat we are looking forProven SME experience within demand planning, manufacturing and retail demand planning, supply chain planning application software or as a Product ManagerExperience in projects related to sales forecasting, retail business analytics, root causing of poor KPI results in supply chain planningAbility to prioritize work and manage changing prioritiesAbility to achieve goals in an innovative environment and to implement product strategy based research, data, and industry trendsExcellent communication skillsProblem-solving aptitudeCreative/Problem solving thinking skillsAbility to work with product development teams in Scrums and driving requirementsAbility to manage multiple projectsMust enjoy spending time on customers engagements, project meetings so as to understand their challengesOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
