Print Lifecycle Business Contractual Portfolio ManagementDescription -Print Lifecycle Services is looking for a dynamic resource willing to learn and develop in the area of contractual portfolio of Print Life Cycle services as a WW resource starting with the EMEA markets then expanding the coverage to the rest of the world. The role covers Portfolio creation for Contracts including new services, pricing and price management across markets as well as understanding main business analytics and working on them. Working closely with the markets helping them to sell contracts and making sure our partners (resellers) understand the portfolio is a key part of the role. These Lifecycle Services are attached to the HW Sales and often a key component when supporting the overall deal sales via our Partner Account Managers. Working together with the team of experts on Portfolio creation, Pricing, WW promotional activities with Channel teams HW category is critical to the function. Working on new ideas to drive more business, and initially supporting the functions on deal specific pricings, providing internal and external trainings, and managing business analytics is as much part of this job.ResponsibilitiesEstablishes goals for product service metrics, tracks the business performance of product support, and determines necessary corrective actions for the portfolio in scope.Engages in collaboration with regions and global teams concerning service and support planning, implementation, and performance.Analyzes operational reports to monitor business infrastructure performance and optimize operational processes.Supports sales teams with valuable opportunities and compelling value propositions, contributing to increased revenue.Sources and onboards new technology teams to optimize capabilities, ensuring alignment with evolving business requirements.Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.Education & Experience RecommendedGraduate or Master Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline.2-4 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.Knowledge & SkillsAnalyticsBusiness DevelopmentBusiness StrategiesCustomer Relationship ManagementData AnalysisGo-to-Market StrategyMarket ResearchMarketingNew Product DevelopmentProduct MarketingProject ManagementValue PropositionsMS Office skills especially Excel knowledge.Cross-Org SkillsEffective CommunicationResults OrientationLearning AgilityDigital FluencyCustomer CentricityImpact & ScopeImpacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.ComplexityResponds to routine issues within established guidelines.DisclaimerThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
