Our departmental values are learning, collaboration, and fun, and those values guide us in balancing hard work with passion and enjoyment for what we do.   As an Associate Data Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Financial Institutions who are leveraging the nCino Bank Operating System and our Informatica integration.  You will be responsible for triaging any customer reported error messages, questions, daily task configuration changes, and bundle upgrades.  You will also be responsible for learning the nCino Bank Operating System, general banking knowledge, becoming a certified Salesforce Administrator, and becoming a certified Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist. ResponsibilitiesIntegration of business processes across disparate systems by transforming and loading data into nCino platformLoad data into a Salesforce platform using an industry leading ETL toolAnalyze customer data requirements and provide gap analysisWork closely with customers to understand their data requirementsAssist customers through case work by working through mapping changes, error messages, questions, and new environment buildsApply Knowledge Centered Service methodology to capture, structure, reuse and improve articles as part of case management processDocument process and procedure to help streamline integration methodologyWork closely with nCino Support Engineers to resolve customer data casesWork independently and prioritize time and projects appropriatelyThink out of the box to come up with solutions to customer issuesFocus on continued customer successDrive customer success with a team player attitudeQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Such as Computer Science or Engineering) or a BS in a non-technical discipline plus equivalent experience that shows applied systems knowledge, or an combination of equivalent education, experience or superior performance.Knowledge of data management, SQL, and RDBMS technologiesPractical experience with ETL tools and/or data integration productsStrong presentation and communication skillsStrong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skillsDemonstrated dedication to customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality technical case workExcellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesDesired:Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM experience Knowledge of Informatica or ETL platformsCertified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified App BuilderCertified Informatica Cloud Data Integration SpecialistBachelor Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/ Information Technology or Related Field If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
