We collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver engagement strategies and programs that result in meaningful experiences for our 132M active buyers. We are looking for a driven and customer-obsessed Loyalty Operations Lead to help further our mission. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our US loyalty initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and high impact. In addition, you will support our global loyalty and CRM efforts, furthering our understanding of our customer, market and business needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain holistic understanding of our business ecosystem and gain experiences in customer strategy, product and business operations.What you will accomplish:Responsible for end-to-end loyalty program operations, including managing partnerships with cross-functional partners (e.g., Category Managers, Customer Support, Engineering) to ensure the flawless execution of program visionLead planning, analysis and delivery of program benefits to members, partnering with internal and external stakeholders on benefit identification and fulfillmentHelp enable program growth through execution of program marketing initiatives, including member acquisition campaigns and lifecycle communicationsEvaluate opportunities to increase efficiency and/or lower cost in program operations and work across stakeholders to implement future state processesMonitor member feedback and leverage insights to drive improvements in user experienceGrow your knowledge of the loyalty industry while shaping eBay’s offerings by following new trends in CRM and retail / e-commerce buyer incentivesWhat you will bringBased in Toronto, ON, with the willingness to travel up to 2-3 times per quarterBachelor’s degree and overall professional experience of at least 2-4 years in operations, marketing or merchandising in retail or e-commerce is requiredExperience working in a marketplace business and/or with communities is a plusStrong analytical skills, an eye for detail and experience working with datasets in ExcelComfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills while working with cross-functional teamsPlease see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
