Job Requisition ID #24WD77832Position OverviewAutodesk's Trust Governance team is looking for a passionate and driven Business Intelligence Analyst with experience driving organizational change through rigorous data analysis. You will partner with several internal stakeholders across Trust and Autodesk to provide unbiased and actionable insights to help to improve our Trust risk posture. You will lead the creation of KPI's at a program and organizational level and drive data management, authenticity, and accuracy.Our dynamic team is transforming our decisions and processes with actionable trust insights gained from meaningful analytics and measurement of the Autodesk trust experience.You will be report to the Senior Manager, Trust Governance & M&A IntegrationLocation: Toronto, Ontario or Remote CanadaResponsibilitiesPerform deep-dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and insights to highlight trust pain points and help build operational improvementsLead the creation of program and organizational level KPI's by translating trust goals into functional data requirements and balancing them with technical feasibilityCraft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that provide applicable and unbiased customer intelligenceYou will be a business analytics partner by identifying opportunities to lead operational improvements and value through analytical researchIndependently build and manage relationships with important partners, including Director/VP levelYou will manage and set partner expectations on project roadmaps, resourcing and deliverablesCollaborate with our partners on the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards and provide ongoing support regarding functionality and data-integrityMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience5+ years in a business analytics lead role in the software industry2+ years of professional experience with SQL or other query languages3+ experience developing automated reporting dashboards in data visualization tools including Power BI and LookerAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, creating visualizations) and Microsoft PowerPointExperience with web analytics tools such as Adobe AnalyticsPreferred QualificationsExperience with scripting/statistical languages such as R, Python or equivalentExperience setting up automated reporting pipeline and ETL processExperience working cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, researchers, or product managers and consolidating qualitative and quantitative insightsYou have experience managing complex projectsPassionate about identifying pain points in digital customer experience and influencing business decision making on experience enhancementYou take on new challenges and address difficult problems with innovative approachYou are a strong, empathetic, and influential communicatorYou are open to new ideas and respectful of differing opinions/perspectives and adapt to changeYou are driven and work independentlyLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
