Job Requisition ID #24WD77916Position OverviewReporting to the Sr. Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for management of core eCommerce Order Services. Using Product Management and Agile methodologies, you will partner with platform engineers and business to keep systematic order processing operating at scale, while creating new capabilities.ResponsibilitiesBecome expert in and take ownership of eCommerce Order capture, processing and fulfillmentLeverage Agile practices to accomplish work in a fast-paced environmentOversee the development and improvement of products and understand the customer experience to deliver product enhancements and determine potential future requirementsDefine success criteria for testing and product acceptanceBridge the gap between requirements, operations, implementations and engineering by translating product requirements into workable user storiesClearly communicate goals, findings, data (both good and bad) to the team, partners and executivesLead testing, quality, and issue evaluation throughout lifecycle of projectsAssure delivered code meets requirements and pre-established standardsMaintain a high level of service and collaboration with internal clients and partnersNavigate and negotiate conflicting priorities and dependenciesDevelop and implement new technologies, documentation and new technical processesYou will need to manage your time delivering high-priority capabilities, ensuring billings growth and affecting thousands of customersMinimum QualificationsProficient technical knowledge of API, databases, microservices functionality and integrationProficient experience working off technical specifications and architecture diagrammingExperience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences; an ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical peopleExperience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data and resolving complex problemsExperience managing multiple simultaneous projectsTeam player; contribute to team efforts; must have the ability to maintain a good partnership with project team members and clientsExperience working across teams including developers, architects, quality assurance engineers, and operationsIntermediate experience with Jira, ProductBoard, SharePointIntroductory knowledge of eCommerce order capture, processing and fulfillment1+ years of Technical Product Owner or Product Manager experience in a medium/large technology, corporate or startup environmentLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $89,300 and $154,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
