You will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts globally.Reporting to our Sr. Manager, Support Strategy, you will join the Customer Success group within the Flow Capture Support Organization – a team that values professional development and rewards performance.This is a global team, providing 24x7 coverage to our customers. We work in a hybrid environment, working mostly from home, but you will visit your local office for intentional gatherings.Our Technical Account Specialists maximize the success of and return on investment for our strategic customers. We do this by delivering professional and customized product services that help our customers achieve their goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisorDemonstrating experience and product expertise to help customers onboard and use Flow CaptureInnovating and delivering packaged service offerings to increase customer success and product adoptionCoordinate and execute access fulfillment requests for customer's post-purchaseWork with our support team to collaboratively solve issues that require escalationProvide weekend on-call support for our customers on a team-wide rotation basisDeliver onboarding support and coaching sessions to end-users to ensure smooth product adoptionWork closely with engineering and product team to ensure customer feedback (defects, feature requests, etc.) are documented and actionedHelp create and maintain help documentationMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in related fieldExperience with Media & Entertainment industry needs, pipelines and workflowsComprehensive knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Windows environmentsProven ability to be flexible and learn in a fast-paced environmentAble to manage several projects at a time, setting the right prioritiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audienceFluency in English required, additional languages are a plusTeam player who enjoys supporting and working with other members of a shared responsibility teamPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Design or Computer ScienceExperience of Autodesk Flow Capture (formerly known as Moxion) and/or PixAdditional knowledge of Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, Flame, ShotGrid and Arnold#LI-KH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $65,100 and $112,310. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
