You are an ML software engineer who is passionate about solving problems and building things. You have experience building ML models involving geometric processing. You are excited to collaborate with AI researchers to build state-of-the-art generative AI features in Autodesk products. You are comfortable working at the intersection of research & product.Location: UKYou will report to: Senior Manager Research EngineeringAutodesk is a flexible hybrid-first company, allowing workers to work remotely, in an office, or a mix of both.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on our projects at the intersection of research and product with a diverse, global team of researchers and engineersWrite robust, testable code that is well documented and easy to understandAnalyse errors and provide solutions to problems that arisePresent the results of your work to collaborators and leadershipGeometric data processingML model training and deploymentMinimum QualificationsBSc or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experienceExperience with software version control, unit tests, and deployment pipelinesExperience with geometry generative models, transformer-based sequence completion models, tokenization and related geometry processing, and boundary representation geometryGood coding skills in C++ and PythonExcellent documenting code, architectures, and experimentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud services & architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.)Knowledge of the design, manufacturing, AEC, or media & entertainment industriesExperience with Autodesk or similar products (CAD, CAE, CAM, etc.)The Ideal CandidateYou are a self-starter with initiative to search for solutions and work on problems with minimal supervisionComfortable building prototypes from scratch and writing maintainable code within existing codebasesYou are.curious, creative, and like to problem solve and excited to learn & develop new technologiesA fast learner & excellent communicator who can collaborate across global locationsComfortable working in newly forming ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills#LI-JK3Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
