Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Title: - IT Asset Management AssociateJob Description:• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate inventory data• Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances• In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies• Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and supplies• Prepare accurate and complete inventory report• Implement good warehouse practices• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the positionQualifications:• With at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field• Knowledge in Asset management tool• Knowledge in Asset Management principles and practices• With good verbal and written communication skillsWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
