This role will be responsible for the management of influencer programming and partnerships across Photoshop and Lightroom properties for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. You will lead strategy, including vetting, curating, briefing, and reviewing influencers and their content to support Photoshop/Lightroom business goals. You will partner with the Sr. Manager, Photoshop & Lightroom Social Strategy, to build programs and lead agency partners in support of evergreen and inflection programs for each product. Social media is a fast-paced environment and we're looking for someone who's forward-thinking in a constantly evolving landscape. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is organized, manages time well and has a strong POV as to what makes a successful social media influencer program.What you'll DoLead strategy for Photoshop & Lightroom influencer across all Adobe- and influencer-owned channels.Lead team agency partners, collaborating with partners on content creation, execution, community management, paid social, and measurement.Partner with Community Manager support to coordinate influencer content rollout aligned to the owned social calendar for Photoshop and Lightroom.Support ongoing campaigns and product launches as well as relevant news items as they are surfaced through deep partnerships across teams at Adobe.Coordinate creator-led video production for paid social formats including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.Direct channel management of influencer strategy and prioritization across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Partner with Marketing Program Management to coordinate with PR, Comms, E&R, and Performance partners to evaluate need and opportunity for influencer deliverables beyond social placements.Actively investigate and suggest new ways to refine Photoshop and Lightroom influencer programs, including emerging social media platforms and placements.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social influencer programs.Drive strategic plans for events and launches, identify important metrics and create focused social influencer plans.What you need to succeedDemonstrated experience in social media and/or marketing communications, with specific experience related to social influencer partnerships.Experience leading branded social media and/or influencer strategies across existing and emerging channels.Experience with organic and paid social; strong understanding of social video-based social platforms YouTube, TikTok, and IG Reels.Strong social media copywriting and editing skills. Strong POV on what makes effective influencer content. Ability to clearly communicate feedback to bring proposed content to a final, polished piece.Participate on the edge of culture and trends across social, with a proactive approach to integrating culturally relevant platform ideas across Adobe’s influencer partnerships.Experience with web and social media analytics tools and reporting.Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams, building integrated social-first programs that incorporate goals and objectives from various lenses.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Interest, awareness, or experience with Photoshop and Lightroom.BA or equivalent experience in a related field, such as Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Design or Photography.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,800 -- $135,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
