Our main goal is to deliver a magnificent, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Readiness Program Manager to help us do extraordinary things. Apple Store Online (ASO) Operations is responsible for publishing and maintaining the Apple.com/store, Apple Store App and other digital customer platforms across over 40 countries. The Digital Content Management (DCM) Solutions Team analyzes, develops and improves the digital content publishing processes and solutions across all of Apple’s online publishing platforms. In this role, you will work with your Solutions peers, Product Management, Engineering and Digital Content Management Production to map out the business execution plan for projects that allow business to scale optimally. You will drive quality results in project life cycles that include planning, UAT and business roll out of the solutions, and have a direct impact on Apple’s e-commerce publishing platforms. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years project management experience and/or 3+ years of hands-on experience working in technology or a technical customer- facing role. Strong collaborator who has proven facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and the ability to exert thoughtful influence in a matrix organization. Skilled communicator who is able to quickly summarize and communicate (verbal and written) project information and status in a clear and concise manner. Nimble learner capable of understanding sophisticated publishing platforms, learning and experimenting with new insights when confronted with unfamiliar tasks or novel situations. Steadfast driver with a meticulous attention to details and established processes, but be able to seek mentorship to cut through ambiguity and drive what really matters. Proven knowledge of project management methodologies, project life cycles, and utilization of project management tools and techniques to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. Experience in UAT management is preferred, i.e. from planning to UAT execution Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn. Description Description This role is an opportunity for a hard-working individual to learn digital content management publishing processes and tools. You will act as a lead advocate on behalf of the DCM Production team to drive quality solution delivery in a coordinated and multi-functional environment passionate about UAT planning and execution. Technical design and development of DCM publishing tools are carried out by Apple’s Product & Engineering teams, so collaborating closely with these teams to help them understand business deliverable plans and execution processes are essential to your success. - Regularly communicating business delivery plans and progress to the leadership team and our primary partners, ensuring smooth adoption through effective change management and post-launch support. - Collaborating with your Solutions colleagues and Product to gain in-depth knowledge of sophisticated systems concerning coordinated digital publishing applications, business requirements and business processes of assigned projects. - Influencing decisions across a variety of partners (DCM, Product and Engineering) with your business insights, ensuring their alignment with and support of business delivery plan and its successful execution. Education & Experience Education & Experience - BA in a related field, or equivalent work experience is desired. - Prior experience in e-commerce or Retail is a plus.
