Worldwide Pricing LeadDescription -Job Summary : This role is responsible for driving WW Pricing process for end customers deals, working very closely with multiple stake holders across BU’s and markets to ensure business continuity. This role requires deep knowledge of pricing approval process, steps to work with large, cross-functional teams to facilitate the overall pricing strategy and process.Responsibilities : Leads pricing process & identifies recommendation and insightsEnsure to maintain pricing approval delegation matrix at PS/Market level aligned with HP Compliance processWork closely with Bid desk & compliance operation team to ensure pricing process execution alignment.Drive WW War Room meetings with multiple stake holders, cross functionalDocumentation of all WW level pricing approvalsLeads and support Global accounts pricing process and documentation Leading new pricing tools w/ development/project team to ensure tools development aligned with pricing process & meeting business objectiveDriving Forum w/ Market category team on all pricing process & tools with one team approachCreating & maintaining reports on all WW War Room deals tracking to drive insightsWork closely on deals dynamics escalated to WW War Room including financials to facilitates right business decisionsTrack performance against committed recoveries for specific deals in WW War RoomEducation & Experience RecommendedTypically 12-15 years of work experience in Pricing operation roles, process, planning or related functional area.
