We’re a fast-paced and agile workplace backed by a fun and supportive environment that is focused on helping our people learn and grow their careers faster than anywhere else.About the roleIn this role you will be responsible for upholding buyer trust in handbags at eBay, delivering an elevated experience to customers.Here are some things you’ll find yourself doing day-to-day:Inspect, authenticate and re-package handbags adhering to strict standards and processes.Utilise technology and expertise in luxury handbags to confirm an item's authenticity and identify any fake/counterfeit goods.Repackage handbags to a high standard.Work with eBay software and technology systems to track the item from dock receiving to the moment it is posted to the end customer.Proactively work with the warehouse team and customer service to optimise processes.The person we’re looking for:Luxury goods retail experience, specifically with brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Hermes, Gucci.Experience working at a luxury consignment store (retail or e-commerce).Prior experience of authentication and use of Entropy experience desired.You put the customer at the heart of what you do.An eye for detail, with a precise and analytical mindset.Comfortable with technology platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.#LI-DW1Please see the Talent Privacy Notice for information regarding how eBay handles your personal data collected when you use the eBay Careers website or apply for a job with eBay.eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
