As a Systems & Modeling Engineer on the Location & Motion team, you will be responsible for building and analyzing motion-related models for select travel modalities. You’ll collaborate closely with passionate and creative colleagues to meet ambitious goals in an Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Programming in Matlab/Simulink and/or Python. As a Systems & Modeling Engineer on our team, you will
Process data acquisition signal data.
Analyze the effect of changing parameters of a single or multiple systems on the overall system behavior.
Develop design and analysis tools and capabilities in house, including to support the pre-processing of simulation parameters and the post-processing of simulation results.
Document and present models, trade-offs, and status updates.
Develop test and validation plans.
You’ll also collaborate with outstanding engineering and cross-functional partners who will help you succeed and grow as we deliver incredible user experiences together.
You will be responsible for bringing your ideas to life through all stages of development, from initial research, to modeling and prototyping, to architectural and API design, to implementation in Swift. Education & Experience Education & Experience You will need solid software engineering fundamentals — including data structures & algorithms, object-oriented design, and concurrency — to be successful in this role, but a specific degree or concentration is not required.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700.00 and $300,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
