Auditor - EMEA Channel ComplianceDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for working on the process and capabilities development projects while ensuring alignment with the organizational objectives. The role facilitates change management during process enhancements, acting as a point of contact for project status updates. The role conducts data analysis and collaborates with internal teams to foster efficient and effective processes throughout the organization.Responsibilities• Contributes to the design and improvement of business processes and capabilities related to the organization’s offerings.• Helps in designing and implementing sales incentive plans by conducting in-depth data analysis, modeling, and proposing changes to enhance plan effectiveness.• Ensures that processes and capabilities are well-documented and standardized to maintain consistency and ease of use across the organization.• Identifies and addresses issues or bottlenecks within processes or capabilities, utilizing problem-solving skills to enhance their efficiency and functionality.• Works closely with internal teams to ensure that processes and capabilities align with overall business goals and objectives.• Participates in training programs to enhance skills in new or updated processes and capabilities.• Collaborates closely with the management, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.• Helps manage the change associated with process and capability enhancements, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged during transitions.• Acts as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and discussions, clearly communicating the project status to the business and operations support team.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in business operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.Preferred Certifications• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)Knowledge & Skills• Accounting• Agile Methodology• Auditing• Automation• Business Operations• Business Process• Business Requirements• Change Management• Continuous Improvement Process• Data Analysis• Finance• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Lean Manufacturing• Lean Six Sigma• Process Improvement• Project Management• SAP Applications• Six Sigma Methodology• Supply Chain• Workflow ManagementCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.Complexity• Responds to routine issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
