This position may also participate in specific efforts to bring legacy data in compliance with current policy.ResponsibilitiesData Entry and CorrectionProcess incoming data requests by creating and updating account and contact data in CRM according to defined policy and governanceReview and update existing data with proper attributions based per business rules on an ongoing basisData AnalysisAssesses the integrity of account and contact data in CRM on external data sources (such as DNB), customer requirements, and internal requirements across the legal and sales planning functions, and identifies corrections needed to Equinix’s SFDC account dataWorks closely with Sales and Legal teams to drive agreement on the needed changesParticipate in user acceptance testing of data integrity enhancements across systems, including SFDC, Siebel, UCM, and OracleAssist with ongoing support issues related to account and contact dataProvides input for improving data quality and data management processesQualificationsAssociate degree or higherSFDC experience a plusAbility to learn and adapt to change quicklyReliable and consistently follows through on tasksOrganized and detail-orientedStrong problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsFacility with web-based applications and toolsProficient with MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPointWillingness to work outside of local time zoneEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
