EUC provides the solution!Working in our End-User Computing (EUC) Inside Sales Associate team, provides a unique opportunity to grow yourcareer by deepening your industry and operational expertise while also providing enterprise level sales exposure. You will have opportunities to interact with top EUC Specialists, client executives, and directors of sales, bystreamlining the back-end sales process to resolve problems that may impede a successful sales opportunity. Youwill be a power user of EUC sales tools and provide valuable feedback to help shape their effectiveness. Thisexperience is critical for anyone with a passion for new technology, sales, and operations looking to broaden theirbusiness acumen.As the Inside Sales Associate your primary goal is to provide operational excellence in a matrix environment. You willbe responsible for streamlining the back-end sales process and tools while coordinating proposals for clients andassisting with account management. This role willprovide you with growth potential, leadership opportunities, and workplace flexibility. Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work towardcompleting?• The primary objective is to master the backend and quoting processes to support your field team in hitting theircommitted targets. You will be accountable for streamlining the backend process required for selling EUCcomputing solutions along with packaged services, and educational offerings.• You will need to communicate and collaborate effectively with EUC’s Client Executives and Specialists on how toquote and propose EUC solutions.• You will be expected to support the field team in negotiating large deals with deeply complex terms, conditions,pricing pressures and considerations. This will require you to be capable of accurately assessing generalcontract terms, customer requirements, and product capabilities to ensure EUC is chosen as the preferredvendor.What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on aregular basis?• Quoting across the vast End User Computing portfolio, using the different routes to market, and purchasingoption available to the customer.• Increase the field team’s capacity to spend more time interacting with Customers and building pipeline bytaking the back-end processes off their plate.• Coordination within an internal set of multi-functional teams such as Systems Engineers, Product Specialists,Client Executives, Field Marketing, Professional Services, Channel Management, and external partners asdescribed previously.• Assist the field team to accurately forecast license sales opportunity, specific product revenue, and PSObookings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis via Salesforce.comWhat is the leadership like for this role?
