You will be part of a small but mighty team who plays an important role partnering with employees, leadership, immigration, and vendors. You are a main contact and conduit who is adaptable and caring. You will not manage direct reports, but you will mentor, counsel, and guide.You will report to our Director, Talent Acquisition Programs and Global Mobility. This role can be 100% remote in the U.S. or Canada.ResponsibilitiesOversee Autodesk's global assignment, domestic and international relocation policies and programsProvide counsel to business, HR, and employees on mobility mattersAdminister all aspects of domestic and international relocations and expatriate assignmentsManage international and domestic relocation programsDevelop strong partnerships with associates and vendorsCollaborate with HR and business teams in assessment and strategic planning of localizations and repatriationBe the primary advisor on immigration mattersMaintain up-to-date understanding of immigration issues and changesProvide strategic guidance and operational recommendations for program designIdentify challenges, research root causes, and escalate to Sr. Manager Global MobilityProvide immigration education and resources to employees and partnersBe a primary contact for immigration and relocation needsPartner with external immigration, relocation, and tax vendorsEnsure company compliance with appropriate guidelinesUtilize technology effectivelyStay current with trends and best practices, evaluate exceptions to policies and programsMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in immigration, relocation, and case managementPrior global experiencePrior large company experience; tech industry preferredBridge gaps to build strong relationships and provide customer-centric solutionsFlexible, positive, confident, and proactive attitudeWillingness to take on new opportunities and challenges with urgency, energy, and enthusiasmBuild partnerships and work collaboratively to meet shared goals.Make timely and effective decisionsExcellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skillsMulti-task, manage change, and be proactive in a dynamic environmentWillingness to accommodate multiple time zonesAccountability and ability to hold others to meeting commitmentsValue different perspectives and cultures in our organizationLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
