Within Adobe.com, the Experience and Engagement (XE) organization manages surfaces that unlock membership value for our customers by helping them discover, access, and successfully use our solutions.Our data product management team helps each surface owner better understand our users. Working cross functionally with surface owners and engineering teams, we develop dashboards, enable data sources, and build pipelines to help product leaders create outstanding journeys for all customers. Working in close partnership with fellow team members across Adobe, you will drive the future direction and strategy for our data products for Adobe.com and XE.What you’ll do:Build relationships with surface owners to understand their current and future business requirements.Consult with surface owners especially during planning cycles and business crises.Deeply understand our existing data products for each of our surfaces.Write and develop detailed requirements for dashboards and data pipelines.Balance between customer’s needs, end user data factors, and Adobe's business needs to identify impactful opportunities for data products with compelling user experiences.Define measurable goals and metrics and ensure their adoption. These range from strategic business unit KPIs to pragmatic metrics for new Gen AI features.Build and prioritize a 6–12-month roadmap making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, customer value, and schedule.Set priorities and run a backlog of features and functionality; and work with engineering, design, and QA to meet those requirements.Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Privacy, to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate, and launch new data products.Identify, prioritize, and drive resolution for project issues.Present key findings and influence leadership decision-making by demonstrating a thorough understanding of business and product strategy.What you'll need to succeed:MBA/MS or BA/BS with 3-5 years data product management or equivalent experience.Experience leading complete data product life cycles including dashboards, data sources enablement, and pipelines.Proficiency defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies, including writing detailed product requirements and user stories.Ability to handle issue resolution and mitigate risk to the product roadmap.Highly analytical; strong focus on using data to drive decisions, define and achieve measurable key results.Experience working with complex problem spaces and an ability to manage open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined.Results-focused, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization and with partners.Excellent written and communications skills. Equally able to talk to and influence engineers, senior executives, and customers.Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.Experience with A/B testing.Experience with data visualizations and experience design.Experience with Web analytics software (Adobe Analytics, AEM, or similar)Experience with Data warehouse platforms (Databricks or similar)Experience with Data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) and SQLAbility to juggle several initiatives and prioritize as needed.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
