If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Job Title: Customer Portfolio Manager, Broadcom SoftwareOverview of PositionAs a Customer Portfolio Manager (CPM), you will be responsible for supporting a team of Partner Business Managers and Account Directors to maximize retention and drive growth inside Broadcom Software’s book of business. You will actively engage with key decision-makers and cross-functional teams to uncover roadblocks to ensure data integrity and on-time renewals while maintaining an accurate forecast.This is a quota-carrying position located in Broadcom's office in Plano, TX. CPMs are expected to be in the office every day.In this role, you will help Broadcom by: Working with on-site account owners to optimize license purchases based on current need and forecasted growth, rationalizing and consolidating software purchases where applicable and establishing appropriate contract term lengthGenerating standard documents and quotes through the Oracle CPQ tool and providing guidance to account owners on structuring profitable, compliant deals & accelerating deal closures within Oracle systemExemplifying a “hands-on” approach to complex situations or escalations & collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolveEnsuring required approvals are secured and documented for price discounts, contractual terms, payment terms and in line with published sales and business policiesCollaborating with business units, legal, systems testing, and bookings/finance to eliminate rework and produce comprehensive quotesConsistently contributing to team and assisting management on special ad-hoc projects as requestedProactively reviewing datasets to ensure overall forecast hygieneBecoming an expert on Oracle CPQ quoting tools, reviewing and enforcing revenue recognition compliance for all quoting and serving as an escalation point to account owners and Managing Directors when questions ariseRequired SkillsTo apply for this position, you must have:At least 12 years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role, or equivalent level of education and experienceAbility to collect, analyze and interpret data to apply to software renewals, rationalization and cost optimization strategyDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writingProven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanorProficient in CRM software & quoting (Oracle experience ideal)Additional QualificationsThe ideal candidate will also have:Prior experience in a startup organizationStrong background in B2B software solutionsAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $168,000 - $280,000.OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents.
