Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:                  The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for recruitment, managing TA/HR events/programs and works closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to assist in logistics and administrative support, scheduling, coordinating and document preparation/filing. This position would require interaction/communication with Hiring Managers and candidates. Position Responsibilities: Support TA team in interview arrangements, monitoring and closing of reference/background checks, closing candidate records within Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiting) in an audit-compliant manner and assist with the onboarding of new employees.Maintain all applicant information in the Application Tracking System to ensure compliance and audit-readiness.Ensures a high level of candidate engagement and positive candidate experienceAnticipates and proactively communicates recruiting activity and status to Hiring Managers and Business PartnersPrepare and compile recruitment metricsParticipates and contribute in TA projects that helps drive efficiencyProvides support to the TA functions to handle a variety of related transactions concerning TA/HR policies/programs.Prepare and compile recruitment metricsLeverages technology and tools to maximize candidate quality and personal productivityListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs. Preferred Experience/Education/Skills: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma with 0-2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent work experience preferred.Fast learner, structured and organized with a strong attention to details and accuracy and excellent follow-through skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.Experience in using any HRIS / ATS eg.
