Job Summary:Frank Productions is looking for a full-time Senior Sponsorship and Sales Manager to join our team in Madison, WI. Frank Productions, a joint venture partner with Live Nation, offers full-service concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DOStructure, price, successfully negotiate and close deals that meet and exceed budget expectationsResponsible for creating, packaging, and selling solution-based sponsorship, suite leases and premium seating sales programs to maximize inventory and revenueBalance the needs of sponsorship and suite lease renewals and bringing in new prospectsCraft and deliver sales presentations that creatively differentiate our unique assets as well as address the goals of targeted prospectsDemonstrate the branding value of live music tie-ins to create unique marketing with company assetsWork closely with teammates on contracts, invoicing, and accounts receivable as it relates to sponsorship and salesAttend concerts to service and entertain clients and PSS ticket holders as neededMonitor progress and submit related reports as necessaryAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGApplicable experience and training in sales, marketing, and sponsorshipAbility to drive results in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong visionAbility to use individual initiative to develop, communicate, and successfully implement broad sponsorship sales and service initiativesDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain sales relationshipsWillingness to work unconventional hours as job duties demandAbility to work collaboratively with a diverse company teamWillingness to travel, as job duties demandExcellent organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detailAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changes and provide quality deliverablesCommitted to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionAbility to learn and work within systems such as MS Office, project management tools, and other company softwarePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTExtended periods of sitting at a computer station or work deskUtilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipmentRegularly exposed to large crowds and high volumes of noiseOccasionally works in outdoor conditionsOccasionally - Regularly requires extended and/or irregular work hoursThis position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more.
