It will also work with the Corporate Risk Management who are responsible for risk assessment, best practices and insurance across the businesses.Fulfilling the function of the competent person under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999Be and or identify the duty holders for Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015; Asbestos Management; Legionella Management; RIDDOR; COSHH; Fire safety.
