We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator whose contributions will ensure that coordination-related processes and workflows are well run. You will coordinate our hiring efforts in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Germany, France, and, at times, in various Asian countries. This primarily involves completing administrative tasks related to setting up hiring projects, creating/scheduling interviews, and communicating with internal stakeholders and candidates. You will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. The primary competencies needed in this role include Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Computer Literacy, Problem Solving, Accountability, Stress Tolerance, Teamwork, and Oral/Written Communication.

In this role, you will:
Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure interviews run smoothly
Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations
Utilize Confluence to organize, create, and update hiring project documents
Utilize Greenhouse's customer relationship management (CRM) system to set up prospect pools and prospect posts
Utilize Greenhouse's applicant tracking system (ATS) to set up hiring projects and complete interview-related requests
Utilize SoundHound's online evaluation tool, Coderpad.io, and other third-party tools to complete interview-related requests
Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements
Be an ambassador of SoundHound AI's culture and values in all candidate interactions
We would love to hear from you if:
You have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience working as a recruitment assistant or scheduling coordinator
You have "full professional" or native/bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English
You are proficient in Google Suite and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
You have experience scheduling meetings/interviews that involve multiple people across multiple time zones
You have experience handling sensitive and confidential information
You can maintain a high work rate while not sacrificing quality and accuracy
You have exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow you to stay on track
We’d be especially excited if you have experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
This temporary role is for four (4) months, up to 40 hours per week, and is available in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States except for the following states: AL, ME, MS, NH, RI, SC, VT, and WV. This is virtual/remote role.
