Description Description You will be responsible for establishing and meeting battery requirements through the realization of designs qualified for mass production. Responsibilities are:
- Monitors mechanical and electrical design for correct integration of battery module and within devices and systems.
- Reviews integration issues and drives engineering and operations teams for closure of issues.
- Explores new architectures with product teams towards optimal battery design direction.
- Transitions newly established battery technologies into product design.
- Influences early phase design simulation and analysis for superior design
- Structures technical investigations to reduce project risk.
- Assures alignment between design tolerances and process capability.
- Facilitates high-quality design reviews.
- Owns the tough decisions when the multi-functional team cannot decide.
- Ensures robust product qualification design. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $188,000.00 and $351,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
