You as Tech Sales Manager are someone who supports all technical sales aspects of consultative sales at Autodesk Mexico, establishing new ideas for growing Autodesk's business. The Tech Sales Manager has at least 10 years of successful experience working in the industry, with verified knowledge to uncover customer business issues, propose improvements, and lead the team to the country's goal achievement. You will be based in Mexico City, Mexico where you can join us for a continuous improvement and team building. You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work. You as the Mexico Technical Sales Manager will report to the LATAM Technical Sales Director.Location: Mexico City, MexicoResponsibilitiesThe Technical Sales Manager requires full knowledge of and owns area of functional responsibility to provide direction according to established policies and management guidance, administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees, and recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policiesYou will oversee experienced employeesYou will receive assignments in the form of goals with processes to meet your goalsYour work will require management reviews to measure and meet goals, solve issues of limited scope, follow established procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained.You will monitor daily operations of your team. Work with team members and functional peer groupsProvide immediate guidance to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
