The Opportunity Given the market opportunity in the Adobe Experience Cloud space, the multi-solution Technical Architect shall demonstrate deep knowledge of digital marketing technology across Adobe suite of products (Commerce, AEM, etc) and enterprise architecture to plan solutions, design architectures and strategic roadmaps. Demonstrate client leadership as a subject matter authority and a partner with them as a trusted advisor in their digital strategy execution.What you'll Do Coordinate with client partner teams and resources to understand digital marketing and experience goals.Understand the current state of the organization-wide architecture and experience and marketing capabilities.Build custom solution architectures and roadmaps to achieve defined needs. – architectures involving either single Adobe products (eg: Commerce, AEM, etc) or a combination of Adobe productsEngage and evangelize your and team’s recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams.Recommend future technology roadmap across the organization.Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve clients’ efficient state.Anticipate future technology requirements and communicate those to the client within deliverables.Work closely with and act as a liaison between key Adobe, business, and IT partners during an entire client engagement.Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.Define governance and operational models to support clients’ technology goals.Be the trusted advisor on the ground for client leadership and partners regarding digital experience technological maturity.Continually grow your footprint and role within the client engagement and relationship.Articulate value from the solution/project and contributes to defining the framework for tracking value, KPIs, etcCreate technical specifications document, perform code reviews, drive the adoption of best practicesOwnership of technical architecture, code quality, performance, security and scalability of enterprise level projectsWhat you need to succeed Overall 14+ years of experienceProven experience of working as a technical architect on one or more (preferably, 2+ products) of Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products ( eg: Commerce, AEM, etc) Proven experience of developing enterprise architecture modelsValidated experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAFUnderstanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & servicesHave great design and problem-solving skills, passion for quality and engineering excellence at scaleExperience in preparing and reviewing technical specification documents.Experience communicating across senior leadershipAbility to intake client business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirementsClear written and verbal communication skills communicating deliverables, sharing information, and leading meetingsShown ability to communicate and lead execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teams includingShown experience working with clients, PMs, Business Solution Architects and Development team to plan out and execute end-to-end solutionsWillingness and ability to learn & gain proficiency as a Technical Architect in other Adobe products from Adobe Experience Cloud (eg: Commerce, AEMAdobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
