Job Requisition ID #24WD77570Position OverviewJoin our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group spearheading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Our team activates in-product experiences and capabilities, alongside marketing activities across Autodesk owned touchpoints that improve acquisition, conversion, adoption, and renewal rates.You will help to improve a broad set of operational processes and platforms and will collaborate with Growth Marketers to strategize on the execution of personalized marketing communications. Focus for this role, you will leverage your deep subject matter expertise to ensure that relevant customer data is available for personalized marketing experiences. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Services.This role is Hybrid or Remote.ResponsibilitiesDevelop expertise on data pipelines and CDP data modelEvaluate new data sources and recommend preprocessing before ingestion into CDP (Scale and simplicity)Explain how data will be used for marketing needsCommunicate with Engineering, coordinating and monitoring new data ingestion requests and ensuring follow-up on resulting action itemsManage tracking of data requests, and timeline expectations to relevant stakeholdersWork with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that data is being used effectively to drive business outcomesDevelop data dictionaries and data catalogsMonitor and root cause data quality issuesEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsDevelop and implement data governance policies and procedures2Facilitate feasibility discussions between stakeholders and technical teamsOversee and test the distribution of data to execution platforms, ensuring efficient data flowRecommend optimizations to operational processes to reduce time or improve the effectivenessEnsure activation of marketing campaigns, resolving any issues and communicating with partnersMinimum QualificationsPost-secondary education in a related field such as Business, Statistics or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)Experience with data management and administrative policiesFamiliarity with data modeling and data architectureProject management skills3+ years of experience working with Marketing and Customer Success systems (Customer Data Platforms, Journey Orchestration, Marketing Automation, Analytics)Knowledge of database design and data warehousing principlesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $118,800 and $192,170. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
