Some travel required. Role DescriptionCuffe & Taylor operates Lytham Festival, The Piece Hall Live, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, BedfordPark Concerts, Cardiff Castle and many other sites. Cuffe & Taylor also Produce and Promoter over 1,500 theatrical shows across the UK and Internationally each year and project manage a major London attraction. The successful candidate will provide a high level of administrative and onsite support to the Directors. Discretion, excellent communication and great people skills are vital to the success of this role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for diary management, scheduling, correspondence and will oversee the preparation for meetings, travel logistics and general administration. There will be a large proportion of the role managing the expenses of the Directors and coding and accounting for these in various budget lines across the business, so an understanding of accounting procedure and VAT is a bonus.During off-season, responsibilities will be those of a typical Executive Assistant but during summer periods, the role will be a hybrid of EA work and Event Management onsite at festivals and events. As such it would suit someone with an event management background who also has excellent administrative and communication skills.
