The candidate should be savvy with social media trends and content best practices with a strong finger on the pulse of the gaming industry. The position will work to ensure production schedules are met and original short form content be incorporated into the Razer’s social media strategy, overall product marketing and events.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGrow the Razer fanbase and support relevant growth efforts on Razer’s owned social media platformsPlan and produce regionally and globally, community team short and mid-form content to drive engaging, timely, and relevant conversations that can be deployed across different marketing channels.Manage community team content production schedule and deliver routine reports on relevant productionsDrive Razer’s social user base (such as Instagram and TikTok) to cross-pollinate fans across different Razer and partner channels.Coordinate the setup for production of community content with influencers (studio, office, and/or events).Coordinate and assist with regional (US/Canada) organic and paid influencer community content productions for sustained growth and engagement.Ensure that community team content productions meet timely objectives, results, and budget.Monitor customer and influencer feedback on social networking sites, participate in online conversations and report findings to management.Be the Razer community ambassador that engages with fans and influencer scout at events and/or tradeshows.Other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 3 + years of experience in building and managing social media accounts for a brand, and 1-2 years of experience in content production (directing, filming, editing or equivalent)Strong technical know-how on storyboarding, filming and editing techniques.Great communication and influence skills, as well as experience in educating others on social media, trendjacking and video content best practices.Experience in the use of editing software, such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut or relevant.High comfort level in presenting in front of a camera, or livestreaming.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.Ability to work with global teams across multiple cultures.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities at the same time.Gamer and gaming knowledge is required.Education & ExperienceBA degree in Media, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.Pre-Requisites :Salary Ranges (per annum):$71,760.00 - $119,600.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
