Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Identify suppliers that will be able to meet cost, delivery, quality, and service needs of the companySupport pricing requests for project quotations, attaining/ negotiating pricing and contractually securing such supply (MCUs, sensors, drivers, switches etc.)Perform cost analysis on different commodity e.g. electronics, plastics, packaging, and manufacturing processes in quotation to ensure highest quality at lowest possible costDevelop a commodity strategy that include the optimization (either reduction or expansion) of the supporting supply base and risk mitigationDrive the selection, qualification, and development of strategic suppliers. Ensure core product has more than 1 source in terms of contract manufacturer and location.Ensure factory follows the latest industry standard and new requirements, code of conduct auditsConduct periodic cost negotiation with suppliers to stay competitive and gain market shareContinuous improvement in other non-price terms and conditions to increase supply owned / managed inventory, expanding payment terms, reducing minimum purchase order quantities that would be beneficial to the companyResponsible for BOM accuracy and completeness in the database. Protect confidential information and contract pricing for key components.Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, supply chain, program and finance, to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiencyServe as the Supplier Relationship Manager, supporting supplier issues that are escalated to him/her. Such support shall include shortage escalations or other supplier failures to perform.Monitor current commodity market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/ demand challenges. Develop, implement, and communicate tactical and strategic commodity plans internally and to suppliers as appropriate.In-depth knowledge on overall contract management framework, able to advise stakeholders where appropriate and can work with the Legal team to design internal master service agreement and contract templates.Other duties as assigned. Pre-Requisites :Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement or sourcingSolid understanding of sourcing processes, contract negotiation and supplier managementDemonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as internal relationship skillsDemonstrates success in a sourcing or procurement role within a manufacturing company that purchase electronics components and systems related commoditiesDemonstrates ability to achieve results in a fast-paced working environmentAble to collaborate positively with all levels in a cross- functional environmentSelf-starter, meticulous, highly organized, strong leadership, and good negotiation skillsFluent in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese suppliersStrong oral and written communication skillsAre you game?
